The Roading Company Ltd. is a specialist roading and civil construction company operating throughout the Southland and Otago regions. The company was formed in 2003 and has completed major projects for the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), Local Government, Department of Conservation (DOC) and Private Developers.

The technical ability of our project management and engineering staff allows us to offer extensive design services in addition to our construction expertise. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with clients, engineers and the wider project team to achieve "best for project" results.

The following positions are being added to our present staff in both the Southland and Central Otago areas:

Excavator Operator

This position will suit an excavator operator with several years of experience, including large machine operation on public roads. STMS preferred. Applicants will have worked extensively on Council (and preferably NZTA) projects and will be familiar with Quality Assurance and Health and Safety procedures. Emphasis will be placed on producing work of the highest standard as is expected by our clients.
